Our company has been building boats but |

also importing and exporting fine boats and marine equipment worldwide.

| We
are expanding our business in this year, and have been cooperating
with Matsumoto Shipbuilding Co.,LTD in China to |
|
build an several type of pleasure boat, work boat and fishing boat.
The Matsumoto Shipbuilding was established in 2002. |
| We
had build 45 boats for 2008 Beijing Olympic. It may prove that the
boat is excellent condition because the International |
| Olympic
boat regulation is very tough, we have to pass many test in material,
mechanical and boat itself and our boat has |
|
been build under strict technical control. We, JKK, are the distributor
for their boat from 2007. |

| Our
boat is designed by Japanese technology and technical control. The
highlight of the technology is that the boat used |
| Honey
Comb (Corecell) material. |
| The
Honey Comb is hexagonal core material. It mainly used for propeller
for wind power generation and air plane. |
| The
material is very light weight, but very hard. Now the Honey Comb material
is used in several fields, such as air plan, |
| sports
car, house and boat. The reason for use of Honey Comb in boat building
is that the material is light weight, water proof |
| and
sound insulation. The boat uses a Honey Comb cored hull is known as
excellent boat. |

| We
used different thickness of Honey Comb material in particular area,
9mm/12mm/15mm, on longitudinal, bulk head and |
| support
parts, the boat becomes lighter and stronger. |
| The
cored hulls are stiffer and perform better in heavy seas. |

| The
Honey Comb's feature is as below; |

1. Strong hull, superior impact resistance, sound insulation, = soft
ride (it ride like wooden boat, more quiet and comfortable) |

Light weight body gets more performance from small horse power engines
and can carry higher payloads. |

Water proof, easy maintenance = durable (because our boats use no
wood) |

| The
boat yard has a port for for container ship and boat is planned to
fit into a 40 feet container that means reasonable |
| freight.
